Damien brings over a decade of lighting design experience to the Lumenture team, having worked with firms including Sean O’Connor Lighting, Interior Architects, StudioK1/WSP and, most recently, Available Light. His project knowledge spans museums, themed entertainment, architecture, and theater - knowledge that will serve him well as he supports our rep partners and specifiers in our Western Region.
Gabriella has worked in weight loss as an office manager and lead nutritionist, gaining over 6 years of experience with client services and relations. Utilizing the knowledge she has gained from her prior experience, she will help Lumenture’s Inside Sales Team continue to grow with her lively personality, professionalism and eye for detail.
Helen brings over 12 years of experience in the lighting industry to Lumenture, primarily as a lighting designer. Her project work spans a wide range of sectors including retail, commercial, hospitality, education, healthcare facilities, and public parks and pathways. In addition to her design background, Helen has also worked at a specification-grade lighting manufacturing company, where she gained valuable experience in customer and technical support as well as product management. She brings this multifaceted background to Lumenture, where she enjoys supporting customers and partners through customer service, inside sales, and application assistance to help bring thoughtful lighting solutions to life.

Joshua (Josh) Emerich is a mechanical engineer at Lumenture. He started his lighting career in 2017 as an engineering intern at XAL inc for 3 years. Between his time at XAL and Lumenture, Josh was a mechanical engineering intern in dynamic components for Lockheed Martin, worked with Lockheed on his college senior design capstone project, and worked in the aerospace industry as a mechanical design and an aircraft certification engineer.At Lumenture, Josh is looking forward to adding his vast knowledge of lighting and mechanical background to help expand the product lines in a simple but elegant way. Josh received his BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2021 from the University of New Haven.
