At Lumenture, we proudly stand behind our products. We strive not only to create beautiful fixtures, but also pride ourselves in our attention to technical details.
Lumenture, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of Lumenture products through Lumenture authorized distribution channels that our products will be free from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase when used in accordance with package and fixture directions.
If your Lumenture fixture does not last for the warranty period, please contact us with the product details, the reason for the warranty claim and proof of purchase and we will provide you with return instructions for the fixture or relevant component. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs and for all labor and related costs and expenses.
Should any defects be found by Lumenture upon its inspection of the properly returned product, Lumenture‘s sole responsibility and liability under this warranty will be, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective part or parts or else make available a new replacement unit that will provide equal or better performance. Where a defective product is repaired or replaced under this warranty, the balance of the original warranty period shall remain effective.
Lumenture’s liability on any claim of any kind for any loss or damages arising out of, resulting from or concerning any product, any aspect of this warranty or for any products or services furnished hereunder shall not exceed the price of the fixture which gives rise to the claim.
This limited warranty does not cover products subject to misuse, incorrect installation, electrical current fluctuation, accident, neglect, or acts of God. All determinations are in Lumenture’s sole and absolute discretion. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, LUMENTURE DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE LED PRODUCTS AND ITS SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
Exclusion of incidental or consequential damages is not allowed by some states, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
