Janisse has over 7 years experience in customer service, client relations and product service. Previously working as an Administrative Manager in a fast paced environment which has helped her learn skills such as data literacy, analytical skills, clear communication, creativity and resourcefulness. Janisse’s positive attitude and willingness to continue to learn and grow is what will help her thrive here at Lumenture.
Joshua (Josh) Emerich is a mechanical engineer at Lumenture. He started his lighting career in 2017 as an engineering intern at XAL inc for 3 years. Between his time at XAL and Lumenture, Josh was a mechanical engineering intern in dynamic components for Lockheed Martin, worked with Lockheed on his college senior design capstone project, and worked in the aerospace industry as a mechanical design and an aircraft certification engineer.At Lumenture, Josh is looking forward to adding his vast knowledge of lighting and mechanical background to help expand the product lines in a simple but elegant way. Josh received his BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2021 from the University of New Haven.
